The Training of Trainers model intends to engage the expert trainers in coaching the less experienced trainers in the particular topic or with complete training. As the name suggests, training of trainer creates a group of trainers who can pass the information to the trainees. Apart from only one trainer, there are multiple trainers who teach the same course at the same time of the model. It means a new participant completely watch the experienced professionals teaching and completing the exercises and then practice the teaching to the other participants.
The aim is to prepare the instructors to present the information in an effective manner. It includes responding questions of the trainees and leading activities.
