REFUND POLICY:

All the services provided from our side is properly covered by money-back guarantee. You can easily contact our customer service team within 48 hours if you are not completely satisfied by the services provided by our team. They will strictly look into the matter and then will help you out with accurate solution.

If you are expecting 100% refunds then you need to follow following mentioned criteria:

• You are authorized to ask for 100% refund if you are not satisfied enough with the initial design mock.
• If we haven’t started working over your project at all.
• You are thinking to cancel the project within a day of payment done.

No refund will be done in following cases:

• Refunds are not given for the services provided completely like installation service and give knowledge about base hosting service.
• Our team doesn’t give refund partial months on the recurring month-to-month services. If the payment has been done for the month and canceled the service even before the beginning of the month then the refund will be done.
• On any of the completed task there is no scheme of refunds. Work in progress will be cancelled.
• If any of the service is terminated because of the violation of any policies mentioned, the refund will not be issued.
• For requesting a refund, contact us simply with the purchase details within 2 day of the purchase. Include the order number and tell us optionally the reason behind the refund – team takes the customer feedback seriously and uses it for improving constantly the quality of products and service.
